Which ultimately ended with our customers asking for "hood vent cleaning", a service I had never heard of. After a number of callers per month, I did my research and learned there is a market for this service. I flew across the country to get certified. The day I flew back into Lubbock, TX, was the same day I had my first customer. So, I pivoted my business and went all in on hood vent cleaning & fire prevention.
